- DLA Aviation at Philadelphia will solicit a proposal for the acquisition of award of additional work, in support of FMS Japan, to DLA Aviation at Philadelphia will solicit a proposal for the acquisition of award of additional work, in support of FMS Japan, to the current contract, SPE4AX-19-D-9410. This support will include the acquisition of performance based logistics and engineering support, as follows �product support management and training and trainer support in support of the V-22 Weapons System. DLA seeks to execute a comprehensive and holistic performance based supply chain management program to support the V-22 platform.
