- INSTRUCTIONS TO THE OFFEROR The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) proposes to award a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity Contract with a five (5)-year ordering period for Membrane Nitrogen Generators and minimal Installation Assistance and Training Services. ��� 2. This task order is being issued as Full and Open Competition ��� 3. The period of performance is as follows: Ordering Period - Date of Award to 60 Months After Date of Award ��� 4.
