- NSN 7H-2540-015163399, TDP VER 004, QTY 1 EA, DELIVERY FOB ORIGIN. This is a U.S. Navy repair requirement. Proposals for new buy will not be considered. Any offerors must be an approved repair source by a DOD-cognizant technical authority. Award will not be delayed pending approval of additional repair sources when approved repair sources are already available and willing to bid. Repair source addition is normally for future procurements of the same item. The repair requirement will include the ability to exercise 100% options within 210 days after award for an additional quantity of 1. The government will NOT pay for any information submitted.
