Description

Water Chiller 2020-SS51 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued.� The solicitation number is 2020-SS51. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020 -05 are incorporated.� It is the contractor�s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.� The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses https://acquisition.gov/far/index.html and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/sitemap.html.� The Government intends to award Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The USDA ARS, Ames, IA, 50010 has a requirement to have a Trane water chiller received and installed in the aquaculture lab.� CONTRACT TIME: 60 days from the effective date of the Notice of award. This procurement is a total small business set aside for NAICS Code 333415 with a size standard of 1250 emp. SITE VISIT:.
