- Description
- The General Services Administration (GSA) requires�one new forklift with delivery to building 924 - GSA Mart #46 at�Yokota Air Base, Tokyo, Japan.� See attached document for specifications, delivery requirements, terms and conditions, etc.� Payment will be made by Government Purchase Card (GPC)�for this requirement. NOTE: Interested parties MUST provide the following as part of the quote submission: (1) QUOTE SHEET (COMPLETED; ONLY PAGES 13-14) (2) FAR 52.204-24 � REPRESENTATION REGARDING CERTAIN TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SERVICES OR EQUIPMENT (COMPLETED PARAGRAGH C; PAGE 15) (3) SEPARATE QUOTATION (PLEASE LABEL AS ATTACHMENT 1) (4) OFFEROR MUST ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF ALL AMENDMENTS PRIOR TO THE HOUR AND DATE SPECIFIED IN THE SOLICITATION. NOTE: Revised RFQ posted on 03/23/2020 which included the requirement for FAR 52.222-5 Trade Agreements (see page 6 of the�updated�RFQ).� Amendment 1 posted on 03/23/2020 which responded to question regarding potential purchase from a non-TAA approved country. NOTE: Amendment 2 posted on 03/31/2020 which responded to additional questions received by the Government.� In addition, the due date and time is extended until Friday, April 3, 2020 at 4:00 P.M. EST. NOTE: Amendment 3 posted on 04/01/2020 which extended the due date and time to Friday, April 10, 2020 at 12:00 P.M. EST.� Contractors are reminded that they MUST complete and�submit items (1), (2), (3) and (4) stated above.
