- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) has a requirement to provide daily news service. This service is to provide online access to all FWS employees. The anticipated performance period is two years which includes a one-year base period and one-year option period. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is unrestricted and provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05. The NAICS code is 519110 with a small business size standard of $30.0. In order to have a quote considered, all bidders must be registered in the System Award Management website https://www.sam.gov as an active vendor by the time an award decision is necessary.
