Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W912EE20Q0018 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue one Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation is being issued under a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 324191 � Petroleum Lubricating Oil and Grease; with a size standard of 750 employees. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 � Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 � Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, has a requirement to procure and deliver 2500 gallons of oil to the Dredge Jadwin to be used on the main engines during the 2020 dredge season, NLT than 09 April 2020. This is an emergency requirement. COMPLETE PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS AND BIDDING SCHEDULE ARE POSTED AS AN ATTACHMENT TO THIS SOLICITATION.
