Description
This Sources Sought Notice is for Market Research Purposes only. It does not constitute a Request for Quotation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All contractors responding to these sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. The information from this market research is for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly for market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The Intent of this notice is to determine the availability of Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVSOB) Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) and Small Business (SB) who can perform elevator maintenance and repair services for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, Regional Office, Support Services Division, St Petersburg Florida. The period of performance is estimated to be up to 5 years, consisting of a base year with four (4) one-year option periods. The Scope of work is attached. The elevators in place are Armstrong/Schindler. Potential offerors having Industry required capabilities necessary to service these type elevators are invited to respond. Your response must include the following: 1) Company name and Point of Contact information 2) DUNS number 3) Small Business Size/Certification (to include 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc.) 4) List of 3 similar service contracts completed or ongoing within the last 3 to 5 years 5) See requirements for Minimum Certifications, Training, Experience. 6) If available you may submit past performance for elevator maintenance repair contracts you have provide. Contract Number, Service Location, Total Dollar and POC at Service Location, full name, phone number and or email. Responses are due no later than 4:30 PM EST, Monday, April 6,2020 and shall be electronically submitted via email to raymond.tracey@va.gov. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. Response is strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. NO phone calls please, just submit what is requested in this post if interested.
