Description
With over 300,000 USPS carriers making daily deliveries to over 150 million US addresses, the USPS is well equipped to serve the over 28 million US Small Business customers. However, our competitors have identified the $95 billion Small Business market as a growth segment and are actively competing to grow their share. Our approach is to improve Small Business customer relationships by applying market insights, research and analysis, and utilizing available USPS and marketplace resources to build value in each customer touchpoint. We will focus on developing customer access to USPS core services in order to increase our revenue opportunity. In addition to teaching Small Business customers how to navigate our processes, we will create low-friction/no-friction access points that bridge service gaps so Small Business customers can easily transact with the USPS, from start-to-finish, and specifically in this case, execute integrated Direct Mail and marketing campaigns. The Small Business website (www.usps.com/smallbusiness) and the USPS Direct Mail / EDDM Marketing End-to-End Transaction �Start Here� pilot (www.usps.com/directmail) represents our first steps in meeting the ease-of-use demands and creating the customer access needed to competitively position the USPS as a resource for small businesses. We are using pilot programs to create a knowledge base from which to build out this new platform. We are seeking a partnership with vendor(s) with the demonstrated abilities needed to help the USPS develop a profitable Start-to-Finish Transaction Platform. About the Small Business Start-to-Finish Transaction Platform The program will provide an easy to use solution; one-stop-shopping experience for small businesses to engage in USPS mailing and shipping programs Participating vendors in the program will offer an integrated end-to-end digital solution where users can design and send their direct mail campaigns online in one easy to use process.� This includes Creative Design; List Services; Mailing; online payment; and measurement Linking Agreement with Revenue Share All traffic from usps.com to affiliate page resulting in a mailing is subject to a USPS revenue share Revenue Share is on Production (does not include postage) Repeat business from customers that comes through the program (banners) are subject to revenue share Monthly report: submitted to USPS on number of mailing transactions that occurred during the period. This sources sought notice seeks to obtain a vendor list of suppliers capable of meeting the attached vendor prequalification criteria.� All interested parties must compete the��Attachment A� file and submit responses to all prequalification criteria.
