- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Terminal Cleaning for COVID-19 - Edwards AFB, CA A006681 The Air Force Test Center (AFTC) is publicizing this Sources Sought Notice in an effort to gather industry information in regards to a Terminal Cleaning for COVID-19 - Edwards AFB, CA BPA using the Clorox Total 360 System. The Government is seeking to identify qualified, experienced, and interested firms, who can perform disinfecting work in accordance with our ""Draft"" Statement of Work (SOW) dated 30 March 2020. Contractor(s) will be required to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, engineering and/or technical design and personnel necessary to manage and accomplish projects as described in the SOW, and in accordance with applicable federal, state and local safety and environmental regulations. It is anticipated that the Terminal Cleaning for COVID-19 - Edwards AFB, CA using the Clorox Total 360 System BPA will be a one year, Firm Fixed-Price BPA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this effort is 561720 - Janitorial Services. The PSC is S201. Capability Statements shall be limited to no more than five pages and shall clearly state the following: Capability in disinfecting services for buildings and equipment using the Clorox Total 360 System. In addition, provide/answer the following: (1) Company name, address, point(s) of contact, title, telephone number, fax number, email address, Cage Code and DUNS number; (2) Company's business size, to include number of employees; (3) Company's socioeconomic status to include, but not limited to: 8(a), SDB, and WOSB. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposal (RFP); submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Any future solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov). Therefore, interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the aforementioned website for the release of a solicitation package and/or any updates to include amendments. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged at this time, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Submission Instructions: Information received will be used within the Air Force to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the agency. If your firm has an interest in proposing on future requirements as described above, please prepare and submit a Capabilities Statement by 3:00 PM (PST) on 6 April 2019.
