- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY.� This is a Sources Sought announcement seeking Small Business responses in order to determine possible Small Business participation in the anticipated acquisition. The 633d Contracting Squadron (633 CONS) intends to obtain non-personal services for Rental, Installation and Maintenance of Washers/Dryers located at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Langley Air Force Base Virginia.� The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 532210 Consumer Electronics and Appliances Rental with a corresponding size standard of $38.5M. Interested parties must be registered under NAICS 532210 in SAM (System for Award Management) at www.sam.gov.� The Government plans to consider all information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment and transportation necessary to provide, install and maintain washers and dryers, on a rental basis, on Langley AFB, VA in accordance with (IAW) this performance work statement (PWS).� The washers and dryers will be rented from the contractor, in new condition, and the contractor shall also perform monthly inspections/preventative maintenance, and perform repairs on an as-needed basis. SEE ATTACHED DRAFT PWS AND ATTACHMENTS FOR MORE DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT. Performance will consist of one (1) Base Year, and four (4) one-year options. The Government anticipates making award in August 2020. The Request for Quote (RFQ) release date is to be determined. Please note: It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the Federal Business Opportunity website at https://fbohome.sam.gov/ for all subsequent postings.� A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is posted in conjunction with this notice to provide the size, scope, and complexity of this requirement. The incumbent Rental, Installation and Maintenance of Washers/Dryers contract was awarded under as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government is seeking industry input to determine if there are adequate Small Business concerns, to include Joint Ventures that are capable of performing the follow-on requirement.� This is not a formal Request for Quotes (RFQ), and no contract will result from this notice, nor does it commit the Government to any acquisition for these services.� All interested parties should submit a capabilities package (limited to no more than 10 pages total) outlining your company�s key business abilities relevant to the performance of this requirement.� Please submit the requested information electronically to this office NLT the closing date and time 15 April 2020, 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time�to Mr. Lester Yearwood, Contract Administrator at lester.yearwood.1@us.af.mil and Mr. Chet Terrill, Contracting Officer at chester.terrrill@us.af.mil.� Include the following in the subject line �Sources Sought FA480020LAY01�.
