- Description
- The United States Department of Energy (DOE) intends to increase the ceiling on the iManage Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), contract number DE-CF0000185. This proposed action is to increase the IDIQ ceiling from $112.5M to $126.7M.� The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B) � Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Additionally, DOE intends to extend the term of the current orders to September 30, 2020. DOE is currently conducting a new competitive procurement for a follow-on contract award. Until a follow-on contract is awarded, the incumbent contractor will perform all the essential requirements needed to support the DOE. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor an invitation for bids. The Justification and Approval will be posted in accordance with FAR 6.305(a).
