Description

The Pacific Northwest Research Station (PNW) � Olympia, WA, intends to issue a firm fixed price, sole source award to Quantum Spatial, Inc., 10033 MLK Street N Ste 200, Saint Petersburg, FL 33716-3884 to purchase a 3D Dense Image Match point cloud. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1). To solicit to another source would require duplicative effort for aerial photography for the state and collect new imagery to produce a 3D product that could potentially cause financial harm to the Government. The anticipated award date is May 01, 2020. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541360 and the size standard is $16.5 million. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is based on the need to purchase 3D product from imagery previously collected to produce the needed product for this requirement. A solicitation will not be issued. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
