- This sources sought is solely for information and market research purposes. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e) and FAR 52.215-3, responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This sources sought does not commit the government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Your response to this sources sought will be treated as information only and will not be used as a proposal. No entitlement to payment, of direct or indirect costs, or charges to the Government will arise as a result of contractor�s submission of a response to this announcement or the Government�s use of such information. Eielson AFB, Alaska is seeking viable sources that can provide preventative maintenance and inspection services for multiple Avionics Cooling Units and associated service pits on Eielson AFB. Please see the attached draft PWS for further details. Eielson AFB is also interested in receiving feedback regarding information contained in the attached draft PWS. If you would like to see any additional information that you believe would improve the quality of the PWS and increase specificity, please include this in your response. The information sought in this posting includes the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million. The information will be used within the Air Force to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the agency. If your company believes there is a more suitable NAICS Code that can be used, please provide that information in your response * The Government is also interested in bundling together preventative maintenance and inspection services for 270VDC Power Units, as well as services for the maintenance, calibration, and repair of breathing air and shop air compressors and associated ancillary equipment at Eielson AFB.
