Solicitation N6227120Q1065�is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for a power amplifier and is prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. Description of Product / Service: Background/Introduction: Acoustics is the primary means of remote sensing in the ocean environment. To generate sound, high voltage signal amplifiers are required to drive acoustic transducers.� The Naval Postgraduate School has an immediate need for a high voltage power, high voltage signal amplifier to drive mid-frequency (1kHz to 10 kHz) to high-frequency (<60kHz) transducers. Request for Quote (RFQ) with minimum technical requirements attached.
