4/6/2020 - PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROCUREMENT IS CURRENTLY UNDER REVIEW. AN ADDITIONAL AMENDMENT WILL BE ISSUED AS SOON AS FURTHER INFORMATION IS RECIEVED. The response date will be extended as necessary. No additional information is available at this time. ___________________________________________________________________________ PLEASE SEE ATTACHED AMENDMENT 002�FOR THE CORRECTED RFQ PACKAGE, AMENDMENT 001,�AND�OTHER RELATED DOCUMENTS & FORMS REFERENCED THEREIN. Note that the previous attachments to this posting�have been DELETED and will no longer be referenced. All relevant, corrected RFQ documents are incorporated via Amendment 002. Also note that the corrections were administrative and that the scope of work itself has not changed. Quotes, and any documents or other information required herein,�are due by Monday, April 6th at 4:00PM CST. Quotes must be emailed to: patricia.dalinis@gsa.gov. ___________________________________________________________________________ The Government intends to award a stand-alone contract for temporary rental space furnishings, including carpet, electrical, and partitions for temporary space. The proposed items must adhere to the attached specifications. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement, including the attachments referenced herein, constitutes the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. � The solicitation number for this RFQ is 47PF0020R0044. �The solicitation package is attached. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-35. This Solicitation is being set aside for small business. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238390 - Other Building Finishing Contractors. If you are a dealer, you must provide product manufactured by a small business meeting this size standard. See attached RFQ for the complete description of the items to be acquired. Place of delivery, acceptance and FOB point TBD. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and are to remain in full force with any resultant purchase order:� Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror-Commercial, applies to this solicitation. � FAR provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. � Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.� FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.� FAR clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.� This award will be made on a best value basis. �The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: �(i) technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement as stated herein; (ii) price; (iii) past performance, and; (iv) schedule. �Technical capability is the most important factor. �Past performance, price, and schedule are equally rated. �Technical capability includes the ability of the item to perform the intended function and meet the requirements stated herein, physical appearance, and quality. �Schedule means the number of calendar days from the final order placement to delivery, and from delivery to installation completion Quotes and any documents or other information required herein, are due by Monday, April 6th at 4:00PM CST. Quotes must be emailed to: patricia.dalinis@gsa.gov ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Be advised that all interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database in order to receive an award. In addition, all interested parties must have completed the annual representations and certifications in order to receive an award.� Vendors must supply the information specified in the attached RFQ. Any questions regarding this notification should be directed to the Contracting Officer whose name appears herein. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and monitoring the website for amendments, if any, to the solicitation. �
