- Notice of Intent to Sole Source Solicitation Number: 36E776-18-R-0002 The Department of Veteran Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate directly with McKinsey and Company, Inc. Washington D.C. 1200 19TH ST NW STE 1100 Washington DC 20036 for the modification of a procurement of a COVID-19 Modeling contract in support of VHA under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source who can perform this Modification to support additional DoD requirements. Project Information: the COVID-19 modeling contract provides facts, insights and implications on the COVID-19 situation to inform both VHA and DHA decision-making for all aspects of COVID-19 operations, to include resource management (workforce, materiel, funding) capacity management, facility management, organizational policy, etc., that could have significant impact on the healthcare of patients and providers over the next 12 months. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This notice will remain open for 10 business days.
