Description

The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues solicitation W911RP-20-W-3004. This solicitation is seeking services to replace Gang Operated Air Break Switches (GOABS) in the production area of Pine Bluff Arsenal with new government-provided GOABS. Contract award will be issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The requirement is 100% set aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 237130; the corresponding small business size standard is $39,000,000.00. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed price award (FFP) to the lowest price, responsive, and responsible service provider whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. Place of delivery is Pine Bluff Arsenal in Pine Bluff, Arkansas (zip code 71602-9500). Refer to the solicitation document titled ""GOABS SOLICITATION W911RP-20-Q-3004.pdf"" for additional details and the scope of work associated with this solicitation. Industry is encouraged to ask any and all questions to assist in delivering the best quote to the United States Government (USG). All questions shall be submitted via email to the points of contact listed in the solicitation document no later than 10:00 a.m. central time, Wednesday, April 22, 2020. Please include the solicitation number in the subject line. The USG reserves the right not to answer questions received after this deadline. All questions received and respective answers will be posted to the beta.sam.gov website via an amendment to this solicitation.
