Description

This is a Sources Sought notice for advisory and assistance services supporting the General Services Administration (GSA�s) Office of Telecommunications Services (OTS). ���GSA is seeking contractors with expertise in telecommunications and data management, particularly as these pertain to service fees and taxes; regulatory issues; and emerging technologies.� The focus of the effort is threefold: Regulatory Monitoring and Intervention Support -- continuous surveillance of the regulatory milieu and assistance on initiatives on open regulatory dockets impacting federal telecommunications. Telecommunications Research -- directed investigations on new telecommunications technologies, pricing arrangements, and market conditions. Taxes/Fees/Surcharges (TFS) Assessments and Allowability Tracking -- the retention, management, and analysis of data describing telecommunications taxes, fees, and surcharges (TFSs) applicable to federal accounts.
