- PR Number:� 1000081645 - Various FSCs Nomenclature:� McDonnell Douglas Restricted Source Items RFP Due Date:� 2020 June 17 Quantity: This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. This procurement is for a two year base. The solicitation contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for three additional one-year periods. This procurement is for 532 Price Evaluation List (PEL) of items and an additional 10,033 items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause.� This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum.� Delivery is as follows: 280 days.� This solicitation contains Surge and Sustainment (S&S) requirements.� Please refer to Procurement Notes C06, L18, M07 and L19 for complete details. Anticipated award date:� 2020 August 24 Each item will be evaluated individually utilizing �Best Value� Source Selection procedures.� Offers will be evaluated under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15.� For this solicitation, all evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are significantly more important than cost or price. This contract action is for supplies which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data, therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only one or a limited number of sources under FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1).� Buy American Act Certification applies For additional information, please contact Kevin Buckman @215-737-4220 or email a request to kevin.buckman@dla.mil.
