EDITED 16 APRIL 2020 THIS IS A SOLICITATION RELEASE NOTICE OF THE FLUSH SPRINKKLER SYSTEMS BUILDING 212 ON THE ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL, ROCK ISLAND, IL. This pre-solicitation synopsis is notice regarding solicitation W52P1J-20-R-5006 for a construction project consisting of furnishing labor, equipment and material to investigate and flush up to�11 sprinkler systems and�1 cross tie system for possible obstructions�in Building 212� on the Rock Arsenal Rock Island IL. This project is solicited as a full and open competition under NAICS 238220. Please note this is a notice that a solicitation is forthcoming and will be posted on or around April 11, 2020.� The total estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Performance and Payment Bonds are required.
