- The Air Force intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price, sole source purchase order to Bourn & Koch, Inc (Rockford, IL; CAGE Code 64852), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), for the Repair of the Bullard 28618 42"" Cut Master for the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC) to occur no later than 7�)ct 2020. Contractor registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required prior to receiving any contracts or orders from the Government.� Contractors can register electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ .�� The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 with a size standard of $8.0.
