Description

The US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) - Vicksburg, MS, intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures as outlined in FAR Part 13 to the IQVIA Government Solutions Inc. for The Chemical Producers Directory subscription. IQVIA Government Solutions Inc. is the only vendor that can provide the electronic, multisite, and IP recognition access to The Chemical Producers Directory. The vendor shall provide a twelve (12) month subscription for access to The Chemical Producers Directory, which includes a multiple physical site license and quote specific to ERDC, for 2 users for Directory of Producers, and 2 users for Synthesis Pathways. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document will be posted for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, with sufficient documentation to establish capability in providing the same or similar product. The contractor must also provide a description of their past experience in� fulfilling requirements which are the same or similar to this requirement and references for each. All statements received by the closing date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to or not to initiate a competitive solicitation based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may electronically submit their capabilities and qualifications to provide the needed services to Reginald.J.Bryant@usace.army.mil. Responses must be received by the closing date and time of this notice to be considered. Oral communications will not be accepted.
