Description

Please read carefully, there are requirements that must be submitted per the solicitation at 52.212-2.�The following are important dates with deadlines. Base Access Form Due not later than (NLT) - 15 Apr 2020 at 9:00 AM EDT Site Visit- 16 Apr 2020 at 10:00 AM EDT Questions Due- 18 Apr 2020 at 10:00 AM EDT Quotes Due- 23 Apr 2020 at 10:00 AM EDT UNFUNDED DISCLOSURE This request for quote is for pricing only. Funds are not presently available for this requirement, FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds applies. The Government�s obligation under this requirement is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which contract award can be made. This effort is a high priority requirement in support of the National Guard.� Funds are not presently available to make award.� If funds become available for award, and prices are deemed fair and reasonable, it is the Government's intent to make award.� This is not a commitment of funds or contract award. Quotes valid through�30 May 2020 are requested. Site Visit: Interested parties must contact Tami McKenney, 127th MSC, 43200 Maple Street Building 105, Selfridge ANG Base, MI 48045. A site visit will be conducted on 16 April 2020 at 10:00 AM EDT (local time) at Selfridge ANGB, Michigan. For Base access, interested parties must email Tami McKenney (tami.L.mckenney.civ@mail.mil), a completed base access form (attached) to include each attendee's full name, date of birth, driver license number, State of Issue, Gender, Race, Country of Citizenship and if other than USA your Passport number, for a local security check for all attendees. Base access forms shall be submitted no later than 9:00 AM EDT on 15 April 2020. Base access shall be requested for ALL attendees, regardless if attendees have current access to Selfridge ANG Base. With the current COVID-19 situation it is requested that only one person per company attend the site visit, if you cannot comply with the social distancing of 6 feet you will be required to bring and wear a face�mask/face covering. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT BE PROVIDING FACE MASKS FOR ATTENDEES. Questions: All information relating to this solicitation, including, changes/amendments, questions and answers, will be posted on the following website: http://www.beta.sam.gov.� Formal communications such as request for clarifications and/or information concerning this solicitation must be submitted in writing via e-mail to TAMI.L.MCKENNEY.CIV@MAIL.MIL.� All answers (on a non-attribution basis) will be posted on the beta.sam.gov web site.� They will be contained in the in a document titled �Questions and Answers�.� Offerors must submit questions to the email address noted below not later than, 18 April 2020 at 10:00 AM EDT.� Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing.� If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgement and receipt of solicitation shall apply. Quote Due Date: Quotations (to include Submittal Requirements mentioned above and within FAR clause 52.212-2) are due NLT�23 April�2020 10:00 AM EDT (local time) to the attention of Tami L. McKenney at TAMI.L.MCKENNEY.CIV@MAIL.MIL. It is the best interest of the offeror to ensure the quote submitted is received by the Michigan ANG Contracting Office no later than the date and time specified or it may be considered non-responsive.
