MODIFICATION 1 Uploaded the Attachments from the Statement of Work. ____________________________________________________________________ Sewer Repairs La Jolla, CA The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits to repair various domestic and sanitary sewer water piping, valves, sumps, and appurtenances per attached Statement of Work. This is a 100% total small business set-aside under NAICS 238220, $16.5M. Vendors must provide all items listed in CAR 1352.213-70 Evaluation Utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (APR 2010) located in the Construction Terms document for their quote to be accepted. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR WILL OR WILL NOT STATEMENT PER 52.204-24 UNLESS YOUR REPS AND CERTS HAVE BEEN UPDATED IN SAM PER 52.204-26.
