Description: Pine Ridge Job Corps has a need for the installation of approximately 300 square yards of vinyl flooring and vinyl cove base in Building 11, Health Services building. Work includes removal of existing vinyl tiles, leveling and patching concrete subfloor as needed to provide a smooth, level substrate, hauling and disposal of materials, and clean up. The furniture and toilets will be removed and reinstalled by center staff.� Water, electric and sanitary facilities are available.
