Description

PLEASE SEE ATTACHED COPY OF COMPLETE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION, REQUEST FOR QUOTE STANDARD FORM 18, AND STATEMENT OF NEED (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. �(ii) The solicitation number for this procurement is SWFSC-20-015 and is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 effective 01/24/2018. (iv) This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.� The associated NAICS code is 483114 with a corresponding small business size standard of 500 employees. (v)� Contract Line Item Numbers See Attached Standard Form 18 included as a separate attachment on FBO. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired See the Statement of Work which is included as a separate attachment on FBO. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB Point. THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS: Between June 1, 2020 and June 15, 2020 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Off the coast of Central California (as per attached Statement of Work)
