- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION �COMBO�: UH60 Phase Platforms This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-20-Q-A212 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05, Defense Procurement Notice 20200324, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2019-1001. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside solicitation. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332312 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Davis Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: 0001 - UH-60 BLACK HAWK PHASE MAINTENANCE PLATFORMS AIR FRAME STAND, QTY: 2/EA 0002 - UH-60 BLACK HAWK PHASE MAINTENANCE PLATFORMS FOLDING ADJUSTABLE TAIL STAND AVI040411, QTY: 1/EA 0003 - UH-60 BLACK HAWK PHASE MAINTENANCE PLATFORMS CABIN TO TAIL SECTION SUPPORT STAND, QTY: 1/EA 0004 - UH-60 BLACK HAWK PHASE MAINTENANCE PLATFORMS FOLDING ADJUSTABLE TAIL STAND AVI040411, QTY: 1/EA 0005 - UH-60 BLACK HAWK PHASE MAINTENANCE PLATFORM DRIVE SHAFT CART, QTY: 1/EA All items quoted shall be brand name or equivalent and delivery shall be FOB Destination. The Government will place an order with the offeror whose quote is the lowest priced technically acceptable. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror�s capability to meet the defined salient characteristics of the requirement. ��Technical acceptability� is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror�s capability to meet the defined characteristics of the requirement. �Expedited delivery terns� is defined as the offeror�s ability to provide the Government with all items designated in Section VI earlier than 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). The Government intends to evaluate offers and award without discussion, but reserves the right to conduct discussions. Therefore, the offeror�s initial offer should contain the offeror�s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time) Questions are due no later than 17 April 2020, 2:00 PM. Answers will be posted by 20 April 2020, 2:00 PM. All quotes shall be submitted no later than 23 April 2020, 2:00 PM. � It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure their quote was submitted via email on time & review the post for any changes or amendments to this RFQ.
