The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or about its estimated issue date of� 5/5/2020.� Due to system constraints, it may take as long as three business days from the stated issue date for the solicitation to post to DIBBS. The solicitation is for a long term (up to 5 years) Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) issued under FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. DESCRIPTION: NSN(s):� 5945015683885 Item Name:� RELAY,ELECTROMAGNET Manufacturer�s Code and Part Number: KISSLING ELECTROTEC, INCORPORATED 311K7 P/N 29.014.12 Quantity:� Indefinite Quantities for Delivery Orders.� Estimated Annual is 2,650 Unit of Issue:� EA Various Increments Solicited from 100, 300, 1000, 1600 Destination Information:� Various DLA Stock Locations Delivery Schedule:� Indefinite Deliveries, 185 days. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government.� The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years.� �This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data;� therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).� Approved sources are: � KISSLING ELECTROTEC, INCORPORATED 311K7 While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
