- Solicitation N00421-20-T-0021 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation.� The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Brand Name Sole Source with�DELL� under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13.�� The majority of the equipment that comprises the information system is a Dell platform (servers, storage, desktops, laptops, etc...) and a great deal of network services have been tailored to support a Dell environment.� Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.� This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. ��������� Preference will be given to quotes from small businesses. Award all or none. Items must be TAA Compliant. See Attached RFQ: Please include any fees for IUID tags ������ ��� Items must be brand new. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote.� Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-20-T-XXXX) on your quote.��� This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.� Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide. Only brand name responses will be considered.� Please provide a copy of your Dell Authorization letter. ***Basis for Award*** The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis.� All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote no later than 12:00 P.M.
