Disclaimer: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format at FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NOTICE: INTENT TO SOLICIT ONLY ONE SOURCE The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government is soliciting and negotiating with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b).� The name of the company the Government intends to award a contract to is Azteca Systems, LLC, 11075 S State Street, Suite 24, Sandy, UT 84070-5128.� The CityWorks Software is a sole source product designed, created, and owned exclusively by Azteca Systems, LLC.� Azteca Systems, LLC is the sole source provider for licensing, maintenance, and support services for CityWork software and, as such, the product is only authorized for purchase directly from Azteca Systems, LLC.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.� However, the Government will consider all quotes received prior to the closing date and time of this solicitation. See the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and Redacted Single Source Justification.� Questions to this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation shall be submitted via email to the points of contact identified in the attachment.
