Description

Amendment 1 and Q&A have been posted. Requirement: 1000 Tons of 6 string and or 3 string�rectangle bales of grass hay, delivered, unloaded and stacked. Project Location: The Project is located at Double Devil Wild Horse Corrals. Approximately 13 miles northwest from Alturas Set Asides: This procurement is being solicited as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 111940. The related small business size standard is $0.75 million. Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 12. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. Site Visit: An organized site visit is not being scheduled however the site is available to visit. Inquiries: Any prospective contractor with contractual or technical questions of the solicitation, specifications, etc., must request it in writing soon enough to allow a reply to reach all prospective contractors before the solicitation closing date. Oral explanations or instructions given before the award of a contract will not be binding. Notifications: In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), the government is limiting the availability of the solicitation to electronic medium through this posting to beta.sam.gov. Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will be posted on this website. It is the sole responsibility of the quoter to continually view this website for any amendments made to this solicitation. Award notifications will be made to this notice.
