Kingsbridge Road Rm. 9b16 Bronx NY 10468 Synopsis: Please note that this is not a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Northport VA Medical Center, is conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of providing the following services for Northport VAMC. Replacement of ICVC Controller to Carrier Chiller No. 3 AND Provide and install two (2) Oil Cooler TXV Valves to Carrier Chiller No. 2 and one (1) ISM Module to Carrier Chiller No. 4 1. The contractor is responsible to replace the existing ICVC Controller with one new ICVC Controller for one Carrier 19XR Centrifugal Chiller. This job will include the following: Lock out / tag out Carrier Chiller No. 3 Remove existing ICVC Controller Supply and install one replacement ICVC Controller Start up and check for correct operation Report findings to VA and advise corrective action Advise Northport Veterans Medical Center of any recommendations or improvements for beneficial operation. 2. The contractor is responsible to provide and install two (2) oil cooler TXV valves and ISM module for one Carrier 19XR Centrifugal Chiller. This job will include the following: Lock out / tag out Carrier Chiller No. 2 Roll refrigerant charge into condenser bundle Drain down water from tube bundles Provide and install two (2) OEM replacement oil cooler TXV valves for Carrier Chiller No. 2 3. The contractor is responsible to provide and install one (1) ISM module for one Carrier 19XR Centrifugal Chiller. This job will include the following: LO/TO of Carrier 19XR Chiller No. 4 Provide and install one (1) OEM replacement Ism Module for Carrier Chiller No. 4 Start up and check chillers for proper operation The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 238220. Responses to this notice must be submitting in writing via email and must be received no later than April 24, 2020. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources for this procurement relative to NAICS 238220. Qualified offerors shall be experienced in addition to providers (sellers) capable of supporting this facility. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses to this notice should include company/individual name, a service capability statement, and examples of similar facilities which you have provided services to DUNS number, address, and point of contact.
