- SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPISIS (SSS) � T53-L-703 TECHNICAL MANUALS This is only a sources sought. This is not a solicitation nor does it guarantee a solicitation will be issued. Requests for solicitations will not receive any response. Any information submitted to this sources sought is strictly voluntary. The government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay for any information that may be submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought. This Notice is a request by the Government to collect information from companies for the purpose of Market Research. Not providing a response to this Sources Sought will not prohibit/exclude your company from participating in any future solicitations/requests for proposals. AFLCMC/LPSZB, Tinker AFB, is considering issuing a solicitation in May 2020 for the T53-L-703 Engine Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) technical data manuals procurement. Tinker AFB is seeking qualified firm(s), and/or organization(s) in order to identify sources capable of providing COTS Technical manuals for the T53-l-703 program. Sources being sought are restricted to NAICS code 336412 PCS code J028.�Sources being sought are not restricted to small business.� The US Air Force intends to award one 5 year contract structured as a one year basic with four one-year options, to a source capable of producing an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) license agreement. Proof they can produce / provide technical manuals for the T53-L-703 as outlined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement.� If your company is interested and you believe you are qualified, please provide the following: a) Company name. b) Cage code. c) DUNS number. d) Active SAM registration Proof of current OEM- Honeywell license agreement or OEM certification document to provide / produce T53-L-703 technical manuals A statement describing the company's interest in performing the work. Organization chart of the team. Capabilities, Experience with Government contracts, and a Brief background. Previous depot maintenance experience. Companies providing above referenced material are requested to limit their submission to no more than 10 pages.
