Attachment 2 Revision 1 Scope of Work has been posted.� Removed the language referencing a Technical Proposal.� A technical proposal is not required, only the documetns identified in Section L are required to be submitted. All Offerors shall submit Quote packages electronically�to kelly.wright@usda.gov , do not mail any packages. Please find attached amendment 0001.� Offerors must send acknowledgement of this amendment as indicated in Section L.� Industry Questions and Answers to be posted in the near future. Please include a copy of the bid bond with your emailed packaged, the original bid bond can be mailed to Kelly Wright, 1880 Kimball Ave Suite 300, Manhattan, KS 66502.
