- Description
- This is a non-personnel services/supply hybrid to provide sustainment, technical support, and acquisition services for the 53 EWG.� The purpose of this contract is to provide SES and Information Technology (IT) support for the B-1B and B-52 MD Test laboratories and 53 EWG STE.�� The contractor shall provide SES that consists of responses to recurring and non-recurring engineering tasks in support of the B-1B and B-52 Electronic Warfare operational test requirements, as well as maintenance to and upgrades of support STE.� Planned taskings will directly support the maintenance, operation and technical capabilities of the AN/ALQ-161 and AN/ALQ-172 and other EW systems mockups and STE for the 53 EWG, to include the Mobile Test Facilites (MTFs).� This contract includes all 53 EWG B-1B and B-52 specific support equipment (SE) requirements.� It also covers the common SE that is used on other platforms, such as the Radar Signal Simulators (RSSs), RF Measurement Test Sets (RFMTS), Robust Analysis and Scoring System (RASS), Integrated Radar Electronic Warfare Test Set (IREWTS), Integrated Data Recording System (IDRS) and the Measurement and Verification System (MAVS).� The contractor shall provide highly knowledgeable personnel (i.e. must have previous hands-on experience on the hardware design, software coding, integration, and testing of these (STE)) and mission data development and testing to perform the necessary work as requested by each task order.� Inherent in providing these goods and services, the contractor shall provide the supervision and management effort necessary for the efficient and effective administration and control of the work to be performed.� The contractor shall ensure adequate resources are dedicated to satisfy the requirements of work assignments.
