Unique requirements: The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Office of Single-Family Housing provides guidance and assistance to the public and industry groups in all aspects of the FHA mortgage insurance process. FHA utilizes a contracted multi-channel contact center to provide information to industry and consumer clients. This will be a sole-source bridge contract to provide FHA continued call center services. The NAICS Code is 519190, with a Size Standard of $27.5 million. HUD anticipates negotiating and awarding a firm-fixed-price sole-source bridge contract to Leidos, Inc. for this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
