- The New York Army National Guard intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract for�Social Media Page Boost Support Services.� All services required is specified in the performance work statements (PWS)�attached in solicitation. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. Principle NAICS is 541830.� Set Aside for Small Business Only. This is a base plus one option year requirement. Contractor Manpower Reporting is a mandated requirement for this activity. **Please note all questions and clarification requests must be�emailed to Christine.i.campbell.civ@mail.mil No Later than close of business�22 Mar 2020. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's BETA System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, which will be available on the Beta SAM website at https://www.beta.sam.gov. �CAUTION: This solicitation is issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued.
