Procurement Method��Complex� Noncommercial Region(s) of��WA - FAA Headquarters (Washington, DC) - Performance Abstract�/ Description of services:�������� The purpose of this announcement and Amendment #5 for the subject requirement is to: (1) Add the following language to SIR Section L.9, titled: TIME, DATE, PLACE, and SUBMISSION of PROPOSALS:� �All proposal documentation will be provided via email and no hard copy documentation or hardware will be accepted by the FAA for this requirement.� All proposal submissions must be provided for receipt and handling by May 4, 2020, 2:00 pm, EST, via email to 9-FAA-ACQ-PSS (FAA) at email: PSS-Acq@faa.gov Proposals larger than 10 MB must be separated into numbered sequenced attachments by a SecureZip compatible utility; the utility used must be compatible with SecureZip Version 14.50.0010. A separate email with any password or encryption detail must be sent to the same email address within 15 minutes of the final attachment transmittal. (2) Solicitation Section B.7.1 (d) (2) titled: Time-and-Materials (T&M), Labor-Hour Pricing � Geographic area, is amended in response to Amendment #5. (3) Solicitation Section L.11, titled: Acquisition Milestones Schedule, is amended in response to Amendment #5. Solicitation Amendment #5 is provided as an attachment with this Announcement.� The proposal deadline is extended to May 4, 2020 in response to Amendment #5, and this date is applicable�to all documentation required for the�proposal submission�to include the Solicitation attachments.�Offerors must�acknowledge receipt of Amendment #5 with their Offers.�All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
