- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12561520Q0006 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04. This solicitation will be a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 561720, Janitorial Services, with a small business size standard of $19.5 million in revenue and the PSC Code is S201.� The USDA Environmentally Integrated Dairy Management Research Unit (EIDMRU) at Marshfield, WI seeks Janitorial Services for two days a week.�THIS IS FOR TWO DAYS A WEEK (2-8 hour days total 16 hours per week)� This acquisition is for the following item as identified in the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): 001). Janitorial Service Contract NOTE CHANGES BELOW DUE TO THE�SAFER AT HOME ORDER�FOR COVID-19 See attachments for more details. NOTE CHANGES: PRE-BID SITE VISIT RESCHEDULE FOR MONDAY June 15, 2020 AT 10:30AM.�The walk through will be at USDA EIDMRU 2615 Yellowstone Drive Marshfield, WI 54449. The government intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price for the Janitorial Service contract�with a Base Term and Four Optional Years.�Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their quote on�SF-18�(see attached). SEE REVISED SF-18 DATE ISSUED�04/21/2020. Only electronic submissions will be accepted. Please email all quotes in writing to�laura.jones@usda.gov . Subject Line: Janitorial Services Quote for 12561520Q0006. To be eligible for an award, all contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
