Any parties who previously expressed interest in response to the original advertisement, do not need to submit any additional information. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Arkansas City / County: Clarendon / Monroe County Delineated Area: North: Madison Street East: �6th Street South: Monroe Street West: 7th Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� 3,600 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF):� 4,305 Space Type:� Office� Parking Spaces (Total):� The greater of local code or 44 spaces Parking Spaces (Surface):� The greater of local code or 41 spaces Parking Spaces (Structured):� 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):� 3 spaces Full Term:� Not to exceed Twenty (20) years Firm Term: Three (3) years firm with 120-day termination rights after firm term.� If the Government terminates the lease before Tenant Improvements (TI) are paid off, the Government will pay the remaining TI balance at the time of lease termination.�� Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered and rate per RSF, floor plans and contact information of authorized representative. Contiguous, first floor, space preferred. All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s). Any submissions received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered until such time the documentation has been received, which must also be submitted prior to the Expression of Interests Due Date In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission.
