- Description
- The St. Paul District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has a requirement for steel alloy link chain to replace existing tainter gate hoist chains.� A total of 30 chain assemblies of varying sizes and configurations are required.� The 30 individual chains shall be of standard commercial quality manufactured as non-calibrated chain.� Master links and fabricated gate connection hardware shall be provided as shown for each chain.� The existing tainter gate and machinery design parameters dictate strict compliance to the size and strength requirements of the welded steel alloy link chain described in the solicitation.
