- Solicitation N00421-20-T-0022 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Brand Name Sole Source basis with Atlassian for BitBucket and Jira Licenses under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.� The integrity of the Program�s network would be at stake if new platform configurations were introduced, particularly with a staff unfamiliar with off-brands. As such, the potential for introduction of IA vulnerabilities is significantly higher.. �Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.� This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote.� Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-20-T-XXXX) on your quote.��������� Please include your Cage Code. Please include any reinstatement fees Award all or none. The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis. All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote no later than 5:00 pm on 24 April 2020. If you are quoting, you MUST be an authorized distributor. Only quotes accompanied by a copy of an authorized reseller certificate will be evaluated. �Award will be made on an all or none basis.� All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Donna Owens at.donna.owens@navy.mil .
