- This Sources Sought Notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of Direct Delivery Fuels Into-Plane.� The purpose of this Sources Sought is to identify qualified Small Manufacturers/Refineries that are capable of supplying product via vendors for the fuels requirement for Direct Delivery Fuels Into-Plane.
