Description

The Office of Naval Research (ONR) is interested in receiving proposals to revolutionize long-range anti-submarine warfare (ASW) in deep water environments. The Affordable Mobile ASW Surveillance System (AMASS) program shall design, build, demonstrate, and produce a persistent, deep water, active ASW system that can detect new emerging threat submarines at extended ranges. Please refer to attachment for additional information. 02/28/2020: Amendment P00001 is hereby posted to provide clarification and additional details concerning the content of White Papers. Interested parties are directed to the public file named �AMASS Amendment P00001�. This file is identical to the controlled access file named �AMASS Industry Day notification amendment P00001�, which was marked as controlled in error. Interested parties do not need to request access to the controlled file. 4/24/2020: Amendment P00002 is hereby posted to revise dates for the Full Proposal Submission, Notification of Full Proposal Evaluation, and Award in Sections V and VI. �Offerors are encouraged to review a new listing of questions and answers received after Industry Day dated April 24, 2020 and available in Beta Sam.
