Description
O'NEILL - HERBICIDE WEED TREATMENT The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Nevada State Office has a requirement for the application of contractor furnished herbicide and adjuvant on approximately 2,066 acres for the control of invasive and/or noxious weeds on BLM administered land, as defined on the attached maps. Project area is in the BLM Elko District, Elko County, NV. An organized site visit is NOT scheduled. BLM Nevada, Elko District, has seven (7) herbicide treatment projects that are being solicited at the same time. The projects need to be completed concurrently. If an offeror submits quotes for multiple projects, please indicate if you have the crews and equipment available to complete multiple projects at the same time or would only like to be considered for a single project. NAICS: 115310 Size Standard: $8.0M, 100% Set-Aside for Total Small Business under the 115310 NAICS code for Support Activities for Forestry. Period of performance is estimated and timing of treatments will need to be flexible in order to maximize the effects on target weed species. The anticipated treatment window for this project is from date of award through June 30, 2020 and the Contractor must be available during that time period. A 30-day period of performance (within the anticipated treatment window range of award to June 30) will be selected for the Contractor to complete work. This period of performance will also need to remain flexible based on current COVID-19 guidelines for BLM, the State of Nevada and the local communities surrounding the place of performance.
