Amendment II -��The terms and conditions of the solicitation are changed and reflected within the attachments. The solicitation is extended for seven (7) days.� Amendment I - The Government did not receive any technically acceptable quotations. Therefore, the solicitation is extended for 15 days.�� �� COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION 1333ND20PNB640104 Hamilton NGS-Star Automated Liquid Handler Service Agreement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 � Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued under the authority of FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for services to a Hamilton NGS-Star Automated Liquid Handler. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04 effective 1/15/2020. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219 with a small business size standard of $20.5 Million. This acquisition is being procured as a Full and Open Competition.
