- The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)/the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR), the Division of the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) has a need to replace its current temperature monitoring and alert system in accordance with the guidelines of the attached solicitation. In particular, the Government is seeking replacement of the old system with a new system (and all associated hardware and software), continued WIFI support, continued 24/7 customer support, and continued monitoring and maintenance of the new system. For further information, including how to submit a proposal, plese see the attached solicitation. The Government will allow questions in response to this solicitation.� All questions should be submitted electroncially to the Contracting Officer at caleb.owen@hhs.gov by no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Time on Friday May 8, 2020.� The Government will review all questions received by the deadline and post responses as an amendment to this solicitation by no later than May 15, 2020.
