- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation 36C25220B0016 Project: 585-18-117 Upgrade Outbuilding Heating Systems Construction Location: Oscar G Johnson VA Medical Center 325 East H Street Iron Mountain, MI 49801-4760 This construction project involves the installation of high efficiency condensing gas boilers with new indirect fired water heaters, pumps and control systems in each of the four apartments located in Building 5 and office space located in Building 4. Work includes, but not limited to, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other aspects of construction as required by the drawings and specifications. The work also involves, but not limited to, demolition of the existing plumbing, HVAC, mechanical and electrical work. Period of Performance is 45 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (NTP). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238220 Plumbing; small business $16.5 million size standard applies. Estimated price range for construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. This solicitation is set-aside for All Small Business. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be posted on https://beta.sam.gov/search?index=opp betaSAM.gov CONTRACTING OPPORTUNTIES on, or about . A pre-bid site conference and a site walk-through for this solicitation is tentatively scheduled for the week of April 14, 2020 (exact time and location shall be provided with the formal solicitation package).
