28 Apr 2020 - Uploaded plans & specification. 20 Apr 2020 - Revised project schedule.� The solicitation will be issued on or about 28�April 2020.� Response date will be 28 May2020.� �(All bids must be submitted electronically per Section 00 21 00 of the solicitation).� The estimated award date for this project is on or about�June 2020. 21 Feb 2020 - Revised project schedule.� The solicitation will be issued on or about 20 March 2020.� Response date will be 20 April 2020.� �(All bids must be submitted electronically per Section 00 21 00 of the solicitation).� The estimated award date for this project is on or about May 2020. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District Office requires a contract for the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway, Texas, Channel to Victoria Middle and Lower Reach in Calhoun and Victoria Counties, Texas, Maintenance Pipeline Dredging. Project Information: The work consists of Schedule No. 1 � Maintenance dredging of approx. 825,000 cubic yards from the Middle and Lower Reaches, and repair of Placement Area 2 effluent ditch by backfilling the eroded segment of the ditch and constructing a riprap weir approx. 140 linear feet; Option 1, maintenance dredging of approx. 570,000 cubic yards from the Middle or Lower Reach.�� Completion Time:� Completion time for Schedule No. 1 is 120 calendar days; Option 1 completion is 60 calendar days. If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified, the contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the Government in the amount of $3,426.00 for each calendar day of delay until the work is completed or accepted. The contractor will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds within (5) calendar days after award.� The contractor shall begin work within (10) calendar days after receipt of the notice to Proceed.� The Solicitation issued will be Firm Fixed Price.� The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The solicitation is advertised as �UNRESTRICTED� full & open competition to both large and small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 237990.� The Small Business Size Standard is $30 Million (Dredging). The solicitation will be issued on or about 11 February 2020.� Response date will be 12 March 2020.� �(All bids must be submitted electronically per Section 00 21 00 of the solicitation).� The estimated award date for this project is on or about 16 April 2020.
